A pickle worth waiting for.

The Batch Company began with a simple idea: everyday Indian condiments deserve the same care as anything else on the plate. Good ingredients, a recipe that respects them, and enough patience to let them come together.

So we make our pickle in small quantities, a batch at a time. It means we can’t make a lot of it — and that’s the point. Each batch gets our full attention.

We’re starting with green chilli pickle. Over time we hope to grow into a small-batch house of Indian condiments, sweets and snacks — each one made a batch at a time.
